If you've been wondering how you can contribute to our church, stop by Next Steps and let them know you want to try one of these: 1. Help set up chairs and tables if you're an early bird (7am.) 2. Be an adult in the room at Kidzworks (our teenagers do a great job running things, but they could use some backup!) 3. Join our team of greeters before and after services.
Now that our Fox Hills location is being used most nights of the week, we’re looking to build a small team of people who are willing to take turns cleaning it once a week. If you’re interested, email email@example.com or call the church at 608.371.9731.
Wednesdays from 6 p.m.-8 p.m // Grades 6-12 // Fox Hills location (4450 Milton Ave.) // There will be time to hang out, play ridiculous games, and talk about God and all things spiritual. If you have any questions, call the church at 608.371.9731.
During first service we have a Bible study that takes place in the back area of the lobby. Anyone is welcome to join! Currently we are going through the book of Revelation.
We’re getting together school supplies for the kids of our area foster families. To help, bring donations by Sunday, August 27 to the table in the lobby. Also, you can drop off a money donation at the table and we will purchase supplies with that money. Thanks for helping us serve these wonderful young people and their foster parents!
If you have a heart for hurting people and are willing to pray with them during the services, we would love to have you as part of the prayer team. Contact Jane Loomis if you’re interested at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Stay after our 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday, August 27th for lunch and a conversation with Erik and Kellen about the heart of our church. Whether you’re relatively new around here or you’d just like to get more connected, plan on joining us. Stop by Next Steps or email email@example.com and let us know to plan on you!
Kidz Mid-Week will resume on Wednesday, September 6 at Fox Hills (4450 Milton Ave). Bring your kids right after school for snacks, and then the program runs from 3:50- 4:55 p.m. Pickup is at 5:00. Help us help new people feel comfortable at church. Our First Impressions team helps everybody coming in to church have a great experience. We especially want brand new people to feel great about our church from the moment they step through the doors. Join our team as we breathe new life into one of the most important ministries that we have. Contact Ami at 608.289.6715 to get involved.
What happens in Kidzworks is a top priority here at Central in Janesville, and we would love it if you’d join the team.
